Physical activity together with good nutrition can release restless energy, which improves concentration, decreases anxiety, reduces depression, improves mood and outlook and quality of sleep.

Body Blitz

Time to blast those bodies. We have a unique event. Different workouts, different instructors, a mass warm up and finisher. Suitable for all ages and abilities wanting to test there fitness and have fun in a safe, supportive, non judgemental environment.

Personal Training

You will do a mass warm up, then split into groups to have 3 different 30 minute workouts, circuit, boxing, kettlebells then we will all come together for a mass Metafit finisher and stretch. Be prepared to sweat and earn your weekend!

Family Fit
